Export from HubSpot — clean records for the next system

Your data in HubSpot is yours, and taking it out is normal: a migration, a merger of two systems, a client asking for their records, a second tool that needs the same data.

HubSpot gives you spreadsheet files — and that is where the trouble starts. Export files are made for keeping, not for loading into the next system: column names that match nothing there, linked records squashed into one cell, dates in mixed formats.

You build the product the data is moving into. Embed the Mildport wizard. You list the fields your product expects; the wizard matches the export’s columns onto them — renamed and translated headers included — and checks every row before anything is written. Start with the Quickstart, then define your fields with target catalogs.

You just need your own data moved. Export from HubSpot, then try the playground — free, no signup — and watch a messy file become a clean table. A run-it-yourself importer (runs on your machine, every row staged for review) is in the works: join the waitlist.
